About PokeNova PokeNova TCG is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and sells Pokémon Trading Card Game singles and sealed product online and at HRM-area card shows.
Not affiliated with Pokémon/Nintendo PokeNova TCG is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., or Game Freak. All product names, logos, and card images are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Product listings & pricing We do our best to keep card conditions, stock levels, and prices accurate. In the rare case a listing has a pricing or stock error, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order — you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Order acceptance Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g. suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing errors) before it ships.
Age By using this site you confirm you're old enough to enter a binding contract under Nova Scotia law, or are using it with a parent/guardian's permission.
Liability PokeNova TCG isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
